Scott Keen has been in the trees for more than 20 years.
Premier Arbor Services is a one-owner company out of Locust Grove, on Wilderness Farms Road. Scott runs the saw, the schedule and the phone, and the name on the truck is his.
“With over 20 years of arbor experience, Premier Arbor Services LLC stands out as the expert in tree care and landscaping.”
Scott is on every job, start to finish.
He looks at the property before anyone starts a saw, and he gives each tree one of three answers.
- Comes down now
- Can wait a few years
- Healthy, leave it
The walk comes first
A free estimate here means Scott walks the lot with you. He reads the species, points out what is dead, what is leaning toward the house and what is fine, and tells you which removals can't wait and which can. A customer at Lake Anna described exactly that walk-through in a Google review.
Clean-up is part of the cut
Limbs go through the chipper, debris leaves with the crew and stumps can be ground on the same visit. If you want the rounds for firewood, say so and they're left for you. Because Scott is on site the whole time, nobody has to guess who is responsible for the yard when the trucks pull out. More on the cutting itself is under tree care and removal and stump grinding.
More than a chainsaw
The fleet is why a lot gets cleared and graded in one company instead of three. A Kubota excavator, a Takeuchi track loader, a Morbark Beever M15R chipper, a stump grinder, dump trucks and a chip truck all work out of Locust Grove. That's how lot clearing, excavating and grading and landscaping and hardscaping sit next to the tree work.
Pick up the phone any hour
Premier is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If Scott misses your call, he returns it within 24 hours. Estimates are free. Seniors take 5% off, there's a military discount, and Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash and personal check all work. The truck says Licensed & Insured, and the places Scott works are on the service area page.
Trucks, machines and finished beds
Three frames of the fleet at work and one of the ground it leaves behind.
